Shipping Policy
Please check carefully which product you want before you buy it. We're ready to answer any question if you have doubts about the product and order.
We attach great importance to ensuring that items are delivered to our customers as soon as possible.
Products will not be dispatched for delivery until after full payment, inclusive of any applicable shipping fees, has been received.
Once an order is in place, order processing usually takes 1-3 business days. We will contact you if there's any delay.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fee: Free Shipping in most areas
Shipping fees will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped.
If you do not agree to pay the delivery fee, you should not complete your order.
Transit Time Domestically
The package will be sent from our Chinese manufacturing base and this varies depending on the destination country.
You can confirm the shipping location before purchase, or be notified after your order is dispatched.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Delivery time is as follows:
United states: 12-45 days
Canada, Europe: 15-50 days
Australia, New Zealand: 18-50 days
Rest of the world: 15-60 days
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
NOTE
If you order more than one item from us, then most likely the items will arrive in a separate package. They will so something will arrive on different days. The delivery time of your product is stated on the product page. Just remember that it is normal for your order to arrive in a separate package.
