We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or an exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions
We support refund/exchange service within 30 days.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
you item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, you’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
(Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).
No Refunds
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
The returned item is missing as customer use the shipping service without track number.
In Some Cases, Only Partial Refunds Are Granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The color of the product is wrong or the size is wrong.
There are some minor defects that do not affect the use of the product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approval, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven”t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal/bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
