A: Our products are produced in China, and we have a professional team from design, production, packaging to transportation.
Q2: If I have not received my order or received a wrong order, who should I contact?

Q3: Do you need to pay for shipping?
A: No, most of our products are delivered for free. But, due to some products being delivered to a remote area and the shipping fees will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. So, we will send the email to tell you how much the product needs to pay for shipping.
Q4: How do I know when my package will be shipped?
A: Generally speaking, we process orders very fast, but sometimes it takes 1-3 days to ship. Click the shipping icon in the order confirmation email to check its status and track the shipment.
Q5: How to apply for product warranty?
A: If your product is defective in material or workmanship, our manufacturer's warranty will replace your product or refund the price of the product during the warranty period. Please contact us.
